We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a new comfortable double room with a balcony.

Every time in Yerevan we stay in this hotel. Excellent breakfast that includes cereal, cakes, and eggs. The units were brand-new with a slanted balcony.

Greatly enjoyed every detail about my very pleasant 4 nights stay here. The breakfast had lots of options: cereals, cakes, and eggs. Booked double room, that included coffee and a small balcony. The entire staff were hard-working. The location of the property was best possible, close very close to the city center. Tried some takeout specials at Adzoukh, luckily it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The location is central. There is Empire Hookah Lounge steps away from the hotel, had dinner there.

The breakfast was good and excellent and included. A double room was budget with exceptionally comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was short walk to pedestrian shopping street. I visited Maza by Mandaloun, based minutes from the property, had dinner there...

The staff here was incredibly friendly, offering excellent service, and we particularly loved the well-lit bathroom in our double room.
